Steve and I went to Tim and Nancy Hamlin’s in Iowa to look at purchasing a couple of broodmares.  When we got to his pasture, we saw a weanling buckskin colt running along side his dam.  The colt turned and quickly trotted up to us, and we just couldn’t get over how awesome the colt looked!  We asked Tim what the colt was and if he was for sale? Tim quickly replied, “Oh him, well he’s going to be famous some day!”  Hence the name “Hez Gonna Be Famous was born.  We want to give a special thank you to Tim and Nancy Hamlin for letting us purchase “Fame”, and because this colt has truly lived up to his name!

Dreamgirlz, a 2008 bay filly by Hez Gonna Be Famous, has earned her ROM in open and is nearing her ROM in amateur. She is now qualified for the Bayer Select World Show and the AQHA World Show in Open and Amateur.
